What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 1 piece, suitable for trial orders, replacement parts, and purchasing alongside larger wholesale requirements.
How long is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 1–7 days. Non-standard customized orders have a lead time of 3–15 days. Confirm the production schedule when placing your order.
Do you provide samples?
Samples are available. Send the model, required quantity, and delivery destination so we can confirm the sample and shipping arrangements.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is by T/T: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Confirm payment details with us before arranging the transfer.
How do you pack for export?
Products are packed in individual boxes and export cartons with anti-rust packaging. Wooden pallets are available; please discuss packing requirements with your RFQ.
Can you do OEM / ODM or non-standard sizes?
We support OEM & ODM and non-standard customized requirements. Please share a drawing or clear dimensional requirements, material, and quantity for review before confirmation.
Which shipping methods can we discuss?
Express, air freight, and sea freight can be discussed according to order size and destination. Confirm the method, freight cost, and delivery terms in the quotation.
What if there is a quality problem?
Replacement or refund is available for non-human-caused quality issues. Please contact us with your order details, photos, and a description of the problem for review.
Is certification information available?
Certification: available upon request. Please tell us your documentation requirements before ordering so the available information can be checked.
